We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the delivery of the dress. Unfortunatrly, for posting puroses we always send the dress in a protatcive bag, just in case of bad weather during transit to your country to ensure its not damaged or it gets wet a long the way.
Due to this, we can not send the dress ironed for arrival to you as its simpy imposible to not have creases appear when its folded for sending.
