Whether it’s an exchange or return, Mackenzie Mode values your experience from start to finish. Our shipping and returns process has been developed with this in mind.

New Zealand Australia Post Express - $38 AUD

New Zealand Courier DHL  - $79 AUD

Rest of World Courier DHL, TNT, EMS EXPRESS - $175 AUD

Please ensure your address is correctly input ~ If your item(s) are returned back to us due to an "incorrect address input" by the customer or the address is correct and the "customer fails to accept the delivery", we will not refund the postage cost

 

Our Returns Policy

You may return any unwanted item to us for up to 14 days after you receive your order. Returns are only accepted when your item is in its original condition as defined by below:

- Unused

- Unwashed

- Stain free

- Perfume free

- Tags still attached

Regular priced items returned are processed as a store credit with a 1 year validity unless otherwise approved by MM management.

***PLEASE NOTE ~ All items purchased in a flash sale, warehouse sale, black Friday or Cyber Monday sale, boxing day sale, with a combined discount of 30% off or greater are final sale and not returnable. Certain exceptions can be made for a size or style exchange on a case by case basis.

 

To return an order Australia & International

  1.  Print your Returns Form and fill in all the information required.
  2.  Package your unused item(s) with the original , and be sure to include your original invoice and the completed Returns Form.
  3.  Post your parcel back to us, by taking it to your local Australia post office.

Returns ~ Store Credits ~ Does my store credit expire?

All regular priced item returns are processed as a store credit and must strictly be returned within 14 days of receiving.

I have received a faulty item. What should I do?

We're sorry that there is a fault with an item you have received. To help resolve this as quickly as possible please contact our customer care team with your full name, order number, description and photograph of the fault.

We aim to resolve any issues with faulty items as soon as we can within office hours but we need you to inform us of any faults as soon as you discover them so that we can resolve the issue for you. If a replacement item can not be sent we will refund you the amount paid, to the method in which you purchased the item(s)

I have received an incorrect item in my order. What should I do?

We're sorry that you have received an incorrect item, please contact our customer care team with full details including your name, order number and a brief description of the incorrect items and we will get back to you as soon as possible within office hours.

 

How long will it take for a return to be processed?

We process all returns within 5 business days it arrives back to us.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN DELIVERIES LEFT UNATTENDED OUTSIDE - ENSURE IT IS SENT WITH SIGNATURE ON ARRIVAL.

If my parcel is lost will I be reimbursed?

If you have failed to receive your order within the expected delivery time frame, you can contact our customer care team and we will be there to help you. 

In any case we are not able to locate the where abouts of your parcel, we will be required to raise a full investigation with the courier company. Once we receive confirmation from our couriers that you have not received your parcel, we will arrange immediate re-dispatch for your order (stock willing) or offer you a refund.
